Payment Methods and Refunds



To purchase a product on, click on the image of the product you want from the product list. By doing so, you can view the relative product sheet where you need to select the size and then click on the "Add to cart" button. You can continue your purchases by clicking on "continue shopping". Click on the "Proceed with the order" button to start the purchase procedure.

At this point you will be shown a page where you have two options: a if you are already registered on, enter your email address and password, if you are not registered, enter your email address and proceed to the next step of registration to the portal Fill in all the fields required for billing and for shipping the product.
Remember that you can choose the purchase document, whether to receive a sales note or an invoice.

Choose from the payment methods accepted by :

1) PayPal

2) Cash on delivery (which includes a management fee of €5)

3) Credit card

View the summary of your order and confirm it. At this point, based on the selected payment method, the payment phase will end. In the case of orders paid by credit card, the purchase procedure ends after having sent you the order confirmation: only then will the amount of the order be debited from your card. Once the order request for a product has been received, the staff carries out a quality check: if the product is available for sale and in perfect condition, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated during the order process within 24h (48h on weekends).


Goods purchased in the wrong color or size may be replaced upon notification by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the same. Products without the original box, without original tags, used or for which a customization has been requested cannot be returned. Shipments for exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization from


1. Send an email to "" inserting as subject the sentence: "Request for Goods Exchange" followed by your order number which you can retrieve from the notification emails received when the order is placed, or by logging in with your email and password on the site, you will find all the info in your profile. Example Email: Exchange Request #1234

2. Describe the problem encountered in the email (wrong size, goods not compliant with the order, etc);

3. Specify the items to be changed and with which by providing the following data: Product Name, Size and Product Code. All this data can be found on the respective product page or on the invoice we sent you upon delivery;

4. Any refund or replacement goods will be sent once we have received from you the products to be exchanged or refunded. As soon as the quality control has given a positive result, the new order will be shipped as soon as possible. If, on the other hand, you chose PayPal as payment or you paid by credit card, we will issue the refund within two working days of completing the return procedure.

Shipping costs are always charged to the customer except in cases where an error was found in sending the goods by; we advise you to return via traceable package, Pacco Celere 3 postal shipment via Poste Italiane or by any courier that offers package tracking. Riot Shop offers you the possibility to return the products purchased online also in the physical store in Via Paolucci, 6. To do this you must return the product correctly packed in its original packaging, with the original labels, accompanied by its invoice.
